Join GeekGirlCon’s Staff
GeekGirlCon is growing, and we’d love for you to join us! We’re a 100% volunteer team with a dedicated love for putting on events and celebrations of geeky women. We’re a diverse group from tech geeks and wordsmiths to Doctor Who fans and those who play too much Zelda on the weekends.
Being on GeekGirlCon staff requires 5-15 hours a week of dedication, including attendance at our biweekly staff meetings (weekday evening in Seattle), events, and of course our annual convention. Because in-person communication and attendance at meeting and events is critical to our success, candidates should live in the Greater Seattle area.

The Marketing Department is responsible for the advertising, social media, website, PR, design, and all public-facing aspects of GeekGirlCon.

Programming & Events
The Programming & Events Department is responsible for creating the amazing mix of convention programming, ongoing special events throughout the year, fantastic gaming events & programming, and our ongoing career, mentorship, and job program, GeekGirlConnections. There are no positions available at this time.
The Operations Department is responsible for the logistics and operations of the GeekGirlCon organization as well as the annual convention. Operations includes accounting, registration, and volunteer teams.
